I’ve been drooling over the Midori Traveler’s Notebook for a while (seriously, it’s pretty awesome looking). But, I’m pretty loyal to the awesome little Field Notes notebooks, which don’t quite fit in the Midori leather covers. So, I was pretty excited to find Zenok Leather and his notebook covers, which come in various different sizes, including Field Notes notebook size.
This is the one I bought.
I even had it embossed.
It comes with an extra thingamajig to hold it closed.
It has lots of elastics, so you can add several notebooks.
And, while it’s meant for Field Note notebooks, you can also squeeze in a mini Moleskin.
Basically, it’s awesome! You get a lovely leather cover and you can replace notebooks as needed. On a day-to-day basis, I can have my “to do” list notebook, a grid notebook for all the times I want to doodle and make patterns, and an extra for notes and such. When I travel, I’ll be able to keep one with travel info (itineraries, etc.) while still having two more for doodles and travel notes.
